Council members will be present in person at the meeting. The public may appear in person or may participate remotely as provided below. This meeting will also be available live on Gov TV in the City of Oshkosh, live streamed on oshkoshmedia.org, live on WOCT radio station 101.9 FM, live through Roku, Apple TV and Amazon Fire Stick. You may also view the meeting later on oshkoshmedia.org and the Oshkosh Media You Tube channel. THIS REQUIREMENT IS UP FOR RECONSIDERATION AT THIS MEETING ORD 21-256 Due to the current COVID-19 emergency, the Council is requiring all person present in the Council Chambers to wear a face covering that completely covers the persons nose and mouth and to comply with social distancing requirements. Due to these limitations, there is limited occupancy within the Council Chambers at this time. The City of Oshkosh is also providing citizens the opportunity to speak to the Council and to comment on individual agenda items with the ability to appear remotely or to submit written comments.
