CLOSED SESSION REMOTE PARTICIPATION INFORMATION:
Due to the current COVID-19 emergency the City of Oshkosh is currently holding all meetings
remotely. Citizens wishing to provide comment on individual agenda items may appear

comments. Written public comments may be sent via mail addressed to the City Manager’s
Office, placed in the City Hall dropbox, or sent by email to the City Manager’s Office prior to
the Council Meeting at: citymgr@ci.oshkosh.wi.us; written comments will be distributed to the
Council and made part of the public record of the meeting.
CLOSED SESSION (5:00 p.m. Meeting is Remote Participation Only)
The Common Council may convene into Closed Session to discuss bargaining options, strategy,
parameters, and terms related to the negotiation of an agreement for the redevelopment of the
Cabrini School Redevelopment pursuant to Section 19.85(1)(e) of the Wisconsin State Statutes
where competitive bargaining reasons require a closed session.
