A GENERAL ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF OSHKOSH AMENDING SECTION 27A-11
OF THE OSHKOSH MUNICIPAL CODE PERTAINING TO PARKING REGULATIONS
ON DESIGNATED STREETS AND ALLEYS
The Common Council of the City of Oshkosh do ordain as follows:
SECTION 1. That Section 27A-11 of the Oshkosh Municipal Code pertaining to
parking regulations on designated streets and alleys is hereby amended as follows:
A-11 PARKING REGULATIONS ON DESIGNATED STREETS AND ALLEYS
Grand Street
Add Thereto: No parking, Grand Street, east side from Merritt
Avenue from 60 feet to 156 feet north.
8th Avenue
Remove Therefrom: Angle parking, both sides, from South Main Street
east a distance of 600 feet, 2-hour parking, north side,
from south Main Street to 60 feet east between 8:00
a.m. to 6:00 p.m., Monday through Friday, loading
zone, south side, from 106 feet east of south Main
Street to 181 feet east of south Main Street.
SECTION 2. This ordinance shall be in full force and effect from and after its
passage, publication and placement of the appropriate signage.

SECTION 3. Publication Notice. Please take notice that the City of Oshkosh enacted
ordinance #21-80 on February 9, 2021, AMENDING PARKING REGULATIONS ON 1)
GRAND STREET AND 2) 8TH AVENUE (A GENERAL ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF
OSHKOSH AMENDING SECTION 27A-11 OF THE OSHKOSH MUNICIPAL CODE
PERTAINING TO PARKING REGULATIONS ON DESIGNATED STREETS AND
ALLEYS). The ordinance removes parking on a portion of Grand Street north of Merritt
Avenue and removes angle and 2-hour parking on 8th Avenue east of South Main Street.
