10. The property owner and applicant is responsible for compliance with ILHR 21.125 �
(Erosion Control). When installing access drives, a minimum of 2"-3" diameter stone is �
required in addition to a minimum of 6" depth, 30'-50' length,and 14'-20' width. Erosion
control measures must be maint�d ui��ij f;he��,w�r#i�establis�i'�c1�="�-; �

11. All storm sewer inlets must be protected with approved erosion control devices. Tracking �
(i.e. sediment) must be removed from the street at the end of each workday. Repair any
siltation or erosion damage to adjoining surfaces and drainageways resulting from land �
development or disturbing activities. �

12. The building placard must be posted on site at all times. Once the rough framing is up �
the placard must be posted on the patio door or on a kitchen window. If the placard is not �
present at any inspection, stop work orders will be posted. Additional placards can be �
obtained through our department if the cards are misplaced. °
�

13. All mechanicals must be roughed in prior to requesting the rough building inspection. If �
on the inspection the mechanicals are not roughed in,the inspection will fail and a$100 �
re-inspection fee will be chazged.

14. Attached is a copy of the final inspection checklist. At the final inspection all items on �
this list must be completed to avoid the$100 re-inspection fee per inspection. �
15. When requesting final inspections please note that a minimum of 2 days notice is needed �
from the time the inspection is ready. Furniture is only allowed to be placed in the center �
of the garage floor and a minimum of a 3' pathway must be provided around the walls of �
the garage. At the final inspection no furniture or personal belongings aze allowed in the �
house. Appliances such as the stove,refrigerator, washer, and dryer are not to be set in �
place due to the electrical inspector needing to look at the power serving the appliances. �
A 6' stepladder must be on site at the final inspection to provide access to the attic. �

16. The building placard must remain on the patio door or on a kitchen window until
occupancy is approved. Occupancy is not allowed prior to the placard having all of the '
�
final inspection approved stickers on the backside. If occupancy occurs prior to the �
inspections being approved daily citations will be issued with no further notice being
given.
17. All site grading must be done in accordance with the approved drainage plan on file in the
public works office, 3rd floor. �
