When installing access drives, a minimum of 2"-3" diameter stone is � required in addition to a minimum of 6" depth, 30'-50' length,and 14'-20' width. Erosion control measures must be maint�d ui��ij f;he��,w�r#i�establis�i'�c1�="�-; � � 11. All storm sewer inlets must be protected with approved erosion control devices. Tracking � (i.e. sediment) must be removed from the street at the end of each workday. Repair any siltation or erosion damage to adjoining surfaces and drainageways resulting from land � development or disturbing activities. � � 12. The building placard must be posted on site at all times. Once the rough framing is up � the placard must be posted on the patio door or on a kitchen window. If the placard is not � present at any inspection, stop work orders will be posted. Additional placards can be � obtained through our department if the cards are misplaced. ° � r 13. All mechanicals must be roughed in prior to requesting the rough building inspection. If � on the inspection the mechanicals are not roughed in,the inspection will fail and a$100 � re-inspection fee will be chazged. � 14. Attached is a copy of the final inspection checklist. At the final inspection all items on � this list must be completed to avoid the$100 re-inspection fee per inspection. � 15. When requesting final inspections please note that a minimum of 2 days notice is needed � from the time the inspection is ready. Furniture is only allowed to be placed in the center � of the garage floor and a minimum of a 3' pathway must be provided around the walls of � the garage. At the final inspection no furniture or personal belongings aze allowed in the � house. Appliances such as the stove,refrigerator, washer, and dryer are not to be set in � place due to the electrical inspector needing to look at the power serving the appliances. � A 6' stepladder must be on site at the final inspection to provide access to the attic. � � � 16. The building placard must remain on the patio door or on a kitchen window until occupancy is approved. Occupancy is not allowed prior to the placard having all of the ' � final inspection approved stickers on the backside. If occupancy occurs prior to the � inspections being approved daily citations will be issued with no further notice being given. 17.
