COUNCIL MEETING REMOTE PARTICIPATION INFORMATION:
Due to the current COVID-19 emergency the City of Oshkosh is currently holding all meetings
remotely. Citizens wishing to provide comment on individual agenda items may appear
remotely through the following sign-up link: https://tinyurl.com/y2mywspa or Join by phone

comments. Written public comments may be sent via mail addressed to the City Manager's
Office, placed in the City Hall dropbox, or sent by email to the City Manager's Office prior to
the Council Meeting at: citymgr@ci.oshkosh.wi.us; written comments will be distributed to the
Council and made part of the public record of the meeting.
This meeting will be available live on Gov TV in the City of Oshkosh, live streamed on
oshkoshmedia.org, live on WOCT radio station 101.9 fm, live through Roku, Apple TV and
Amazon Fire Stick. You may also view the meeting later on oshkoshmedia.org and the
