SUBJECT: Meeting Notice and Agenda for November 19, 2020
A meeting of the Bicycle and Pedestrian Advisory Committee will be held on November 19, 2020 at 4
p.m. virtually.
Due to the current COVID-19 emergency the City of Oshkosh is currently holding all meetings remotely.
Individuals wishing to provide comment on individual agenda items may appear remotely through the

submit written comments. Written public comments may be sent via mail addressed to the Planning
Services Office, placed in the City Hall dropbox or sent by email to the Planning Services Office prior to
the Plan Commission Meeting at: planning@ci.oshkosh.wi.us ; written comments will be distributed to
the Committee and made part of the public record of the meeting.

BICYCLE AND PEDESTRIAN ADVISORY COMMITTEE MINUTES – September 17, 2020
1. Call to Order
Mr. BellCorelli called the meeting to order at 4:02 p.m.
2. New Member Introduction – Ann Stam
3. Approval of August 19, 2020 Meeting Minutes
Ms. Redlin moved to approve August 19, 2020 meeting minutes and Mr. Poeschl seconded the
motion. Motion carried unanimously.
4. Board Roles – Voting on Chair and Co-Chair
The committee voted on new board roles, Jim Michelson is the chair and Adam BellCorelli is the
co-chair.
5. Sidewalk Recommendations – W. Waukau Avenue – Update
Mr. Gierach provided the background on this item and explained that Common Council has
voted on this item at the September 8th, 2020 meeting. They voted against installing sidewalks
on W. Waukau. The committee discussed this topic with more emphasis on the long term plan
and budget implications.
6. Branded Route Update
Ms. Naudziunas explained that the committee has this as a long term goal of marketing and
existing route in the city. Ms. Naudziunas plans to bring the group a map to help finalize the
route and pick a name for the route.
7. E-Scooter Pilot Program – Action
Mr. Moxon was present representing his E-Scooter company. Mr. Moxon is interested in
providing his services in the Oshkosh area with an emphasis on the university campus. Mr.
Lyons and Ms. VandenHogen were present to help guide the discussion and provide
background at the August meeting. There are no new updates at this time.
8. Oakwood Road Usage Counts
Ms. Naudziunas reviewed the study document with the committee.
9. Agenda Items for the Future Meeting(s)
The committee requests to keep an on-going list of potential agenda items to help keep track of
ideas, this list will be found on each agenda.
