Due to the current COVID-19 emergency the City of Oshkosh will only be taking public
comment remotely at this meeting.. Citizens wishing to provide comment on individual

19.85(1)(c) of the Wisconsin State Statutes to discuss the performance evaluation and
compensation regarding the City Manager an employee over which the Common Council
has jurisdiction and exercises responsibility
