1. CITY HALL TO REMAIN CLOSED THROUGH NOVEMBER 20TH: With the number of
COVID-19 cases continuing to increase in Winnebago County, Oshkosh City Hall will remain
closed through Friday, November 20, 2020. This is being done as a health safety measure to
protect those who would visit the building, and staff. The average number of new daily
COVID-19 cases in Winnebago County is being monitored. City staff is available to serve the
public via phone, email and online services.
The public is encouraged to continue the practices of wearing masks, social distancing at
least six feet apart from one another, washing hands regularly, and avoiding gatherings. By
these methods, we can all work together to slow the spread of COVID-19 in our area. For
more information, please contact the City Manager’s office at (920) 236-5002.
