Due to the current COVID-19 emergency the City of Oshkosh is currently holding all meetings
remotely. There will be no general public comment at this meeting of the Council. Citizens
wishing to provide comment on individual agenda items may appear remotely through the

access code 126 887 7048 password 24747882 or may submit written comments. Written public
comments may be sent via mail addressed to the City Manager's Office,placed in the City Hall
dropbox, or sent by email to the City Manager's Office prior to the Council Meeting at:
citymgraci.oshkosh.wi.us; written comments will be distributed to the Council and made part
of the public record of the meeting.
This meeting will be available live on Gov TV in the City of Oshkosh, live streamed on
oshkoshmedia.org, live on WOCT radio station 101.9 fm, live through Roku, Apple TV and
Amazon Fire Stick. You may also view the meeting later on oshkoshmedia.org and the Oshkosh
