I just received an email from the manufacturer regarding the subject sign. He explained that repairs are
going to me make to address your concerns, he indicated that he has discussed this with you and that
you may be present to witness the work.

Hello, �
I have traded several voice mail messages with Kevin Benner on this subject; however have not been
able to speak with him directly.
I am writing this email to both of you to detail the status of this situation.
LSI will send gaskets for the vertical tubes and assembly instructions to the contractor to address the
last construction issue. I believe the contractor for this project is Electrical Concepts (414-548-0480),
Rob please call the contractor to determine where to send the gaskets and assembly instructions.
Regarding the reported marking (rating) issue, LSI has indicated that the rating was not marked on this
label because it is a non-internally illuminated section of the 4 section sign. The nameplate with the
current rating for the entire sign section should be on the left side of the illuminated menu board. With
this being the case it should not be necessary to take any action to resolve this matter.
Kevin, please verify there is a nameplate with the current rating as indicated by LSI.
If the gaskets are installed and Kevin verifies there is a nameplate with the current rating, I believe all
the issue reported will be address.
Regarding the necessity of Field Inspection, this is up to Kevin; if he is comfortable with what has been
done to address his concerns then a Field Inspection would not be necessary. Of course, if he wants a
Field Inspection then that will have to be arranged by LSI.
