COMMENTS: This ramp projects into the requred front yard, but is the minimum necessary projection to
permit the construction ofthe ramp. The property owner must plant landscape treatments in
front of the ramp, to mitigate the impact of the structure as it projects into the front yard area
of Union Street.
REVIEW AUTHORITY
As per Section 30-5 Enforcement of the City Zoning Ordinance, the Director of Community Development, or designee, must
approve all plans, except the following: (~) Alterations or interior work when the use is conforming and when no change in
use is proposed. (2) Maintenance items, e.g. siding, windows, etc., when the use is conforming and when no change is
proposed.
