1. Call to Order
Mr. Michelson called the meeting to order at 3:31 p.m.
2. Approval of May 5,2020 Meeting Minutes
Ms. Redlin moved to approve May 5, 2020 meeting minutes and Mr. Poeschl seconded the
motion. Motion carried unanimously.
3. New Member-Sara Eliasen and Bob Poeschl
Ms. Naudziunas introduced both of the new members,Ms. Eliasen was not present and Mr.
Poeschl was present.
4. Sidewalk Recommendations-W. Waukau Avenue-Action
a. Discuss long term plan on best way to connect to the greater sidewalk
networks (crossing highway 44).
Staff members present to assist with this discussion included Mr. Gierach from
Public Works and Mr. Lyons from Planning Services. Mr. Gierach provided the
background on this item and explained that Common Council has requested
more information on this item. The committee discussed this topic with more
emphasis on the long term plan and budget implications. Ms. Redlin made a
motion to install sidewalks on the south side of W Waukau from Bellfield Drive
to the Hotel driveway. Mr. BellCorelli seconded the motion, motion carried 3-1.
5. Branded Route Update
This item was not discussed due to loss of room.
6. E-Scooter Pilot Program-Action
Mr. Moxon was present representing his E-Scooter company. Mr. Moxon is interested in
providing his services in the Oshkosh area with an emphasis on the university campus. Mr.
Lyons and Ms. VandenHogen were present to help guide the discussion and provide
background. Staff requested that this item be reviewed by this committee for recommendation
to Common Council.
Mr. Poeschl made a motion and Mr. Redlin seconded the motion. Motion carried unanimously,
not including Mr. Michelson who was experience technical difficulty.
a. Recommend prohibiting electric scooters on roadways with a speed limit over 25
MPH.

b. Recommend prohibiting the commercial rental of e scooters except as part of a City
approved pilot program.
Staff explained that this will be an ongoing discussion in the following months as this item
develops.
7. Oakwood Road Usage Counts
This item was not discussed due to loss of room.
8. Agenda Items for the Future Meeting(s)
The committee requests to keep an on-going list of potential agenda items to help keep track of
ideas, this list will be found on each agenda.
9. Adjournment
Ms. Redlin moved to adjourn the meeting and Mr. BellCorelli seconded the motion. Motion
carried unanimously at 4:54 p.m.
