ADVOCAP is continuing to provide Wisconsin Rental Assistance Program (WRAP) funds for Assistance for Landlords and Community Council resolution supporting emergency rule Oshkosh tenants who apply and qualify.  ADVOCAP has most recently reported to the 9/8/2020 Tenants during COVID 4/28/2020 Developmentsent to DATCP.Rental Housing Advisory Board August 12, 2020.  ADVOCAP will be administering the Emergency WRAP program until funding runs out in October, 2020.  More funding is possible. Mailing of absentee ballot Absentee ballot applications for the November 9/22/2020 City Clerkrequests for August and election are anticipated to be mailed out by WEC 5/26/2020 November 2020 electionin September .
