PLAN COMMISSION RECOMMENDATION: All found consistent with Standards set forth in Section 30-11(D) of the Zoning Ordinance and approved w/conditions as noted BE IT RESOLVED by the Common Council of the City of Oshkosh that conditional use permits are hereby granted under Section 30-11 of the Oshkosh Zoning Ordinance for the following properties, and that said permits are granted with conditions, if any, as noted for each respective property.
