PURPOSE:
GRANT CONDITIONAL USE PERMITS:
(A) 2450 W. 9TH AVENUE
(B) 1301 KNAPP STREET
INITIATED BY:
(A) GOOD SHEPHERD CHURCH
(B) MCC INC.
PLAN COMMISSION RECOMMENDATION: All found consistent with Standards set forth in
Section 30-11(D) of the Zoning Ordinance and approved w/conditions as noted
BE IT RESOLVED by the Common Council of the City of Oshkosh that
conditional use permits are hereby granted under Section 30-11 of the Oshkosh Zoning
Ordinance for the following properties, and that said permits are granted with conditions,
if any, as noted for each respective property.
A) 2450 W. 9th Avenue; Good Shepherd Church, owner
A conditional use permit for construction of a 6,000 sq. ft. addition to the existing
church, per the attached "Exhibit A".
(B) t30t Knapp Street; Murphy Concrete (MCC Inc.), petitioner
A conditional use permit to operate a concrete batch plant within Vulcan Quarry at 1301
Knapp St., per the attached "Exhibit B", with the following conditions:

The conditional use permit be valid for 5 years from the date of issuance and that
a renewal request be made to continue operations after that time frame.
Dust mitigation measures, sUch as water spraying, be employed for the batch
plant operation in areas where dust is generated by the operation including, but
not limited to, the gravel ddve, aggregate piles, truck maneuvering areas and the
batch plant unit.
