Thursday, May 13, 2004 9:17 AM Krahn, Nicole R. 1780 Woodstock Nico[e, The homeowner at 1780 Woodstock indicated they would be installing 32 ft. of open wire fence along their back property line (N.E. Corner). This will not be in conflict with the drainage way at this location. An encroachment agreement is not required. If they decide in the future to extend the fence along the side property line additional review and encroachment issues would need to be evaluated. Scott Erickson
