Call to Order Ms. Redlin called the meeting to order at 4:05 p.m. 2. Approval of February 20,2020 Meeting Minutes Ms. Redlin moved to approve February 20,2020 meeting minutes and Mr. Brown seconded the motion. Motion carried unanimously. 3. Staff Updates- COVID-19 Committee Meetings,Member Resignation Ms. Naudziunas explained that the committee has been assigned a new Common Council representative, Bob Poeschl. The former committee member Jay Stengel has resigns and we have a new committee member Sara Eliasen. 4. Capital Improvement Program -Recommendations to various City Departments a. 91h Avenue - Sidewalk and Bike Lanes (Oakwood Rd. to Linden Oaks Rd.) Ms. Redlin made a motion to recommend this design to the Public Works Department. Mr. BellCorelli seconded motion and the motion passed unanimously. b. Ceape Avenue-Route Signage Ms. Redlin made a motion to recommend this route to the Transportation Department. Mr. Brown seconded motion and the motion passed unanimously. c. Menominee Park-Trail Improvement A letter was submitted from Ray Maurer, Parks Director, addressing the ongoing discussion of the trail in Menominee Park. Mr. Brown made a motion to recommend the proposal outlined in the letter to the Parks Advisory Board. Ms. Redlin seconded motion and the motion passed unanimously. d. S. Main Street Re-Design Ms. Redlin made a motion to recommend the presented street design to the Transportation Department and Common Council. Ms. Palmeri seconded motion and the motion passed unanimously. 5. BikeOsh 2020-Cancelation Ms. Naudziunas explained that as result of the pandemic it will not be possible to hold an event at this time. 6. Agenda Items for the Future Meeting(s) The committee requests to keep an on-going list of potential agenda items to help keep track of ideas, this list will be found on each agenda. 7.
