Priorities for the Month:
• Posted on social media 5+ times per week
• Continue email template to be sent out on a monthly basis to property/business owners
• Change message on interchangeable sign
• Continuous website updates
• Participate in weekly Community Partner Update with Oshkosh community leaders every
Wednesday
• Reconcile gift card account every Friday
• Develop and send the monthly newsletter
• Put all advertising medias in place for the month & invoiced businesses for reimbursement
(buses, billboards, directory ads, banners)

Holiday Parade
• Scheduled meeting with Holiday Parade Committee for discussion of Holiday events
Other Highlights/Projects
• Participated in conversations with OACF, United Way, ADVOCAP and other community
leaders about downtown homeless population
■ Oshkosh Cooling Site now open Fridays, Saturdays and Sundays in August from
12:30pm-3:30pm at First Congregational Church
• Started setting up The BID on Microsoft Teams
0 Train BID members on how to use Teams and SharePoint
■ Establish chairs of each new BID committee and monthly meeting times
■ Complete project charters for each committee
• Social media giveaway campaign
• Started coordinating Fall Wine Walk
• Planned third Virtual Shop Hop event (August 20th 6-8pm)
• Planned alternative to Chalk Walk— `The Magnificent 12' (August I ") and Chalk the
State in partnership with the Paine Art Center (July 25`" & 26`h)
