SUBJECT: MEETING NOTICE FOR JULY 14, 2020
A meeting of the Traffic Review Advisory Board will be held on Tuesday, July 14, 2020 at 4:00 p.m. in room 404, City Hall.
The following items will be considered:
Approval of Minutes
Public Comment
Due to the current COVID-19 pandemic, there will be no general public comment at this meeting of the Traffic and Parking Advisory Board. In person public comment is permitted on Agenda
items only. While in person comment is permitted, citizens may and are encouraged to consider submitting written comments on Agenda items. For items other than Agenda items, comments
must be submitted in writing. Written public comments may be sent via mail addressed to The Transportation Department, placed in the City Hall drop box or sent by email to the transportation
department at TRAB@ci.oshkosh.wi.us. Written comments will be distributed to the board and made part of the public record of the meeting. Both written and in-person commentary must
include the Citizens’ name and address and must be related only to agenda items and traffic issues within the authority of the Board. Statements should be addressed to the Board members
and not to staff or other persons. Verbal statements are limited to three (3) minutes and citizens may only provide comment one time.
