¡NOTE: I could not verify item #2 and of the c/n dated 1/27/05 because the soffit and fascia were installed for the front porch. Michelle
¡Rogers from CC&R signed and dated the c/n stating that these violations were repaired. NOTE: A graspable handrail was provided for
¡the stairway to the 2nd floor at the inspection but it appeared that the cant/owner was going to remove this after the inspection.
