Due to the current COVID-19 emergency,persons attending meetings will be required to comply

at this meeting of the Council. While in person comment is permitted for individual agenda
items, citizens may and are encouraged to consider submitting written comments. Written
public comments may be sent via mail addressed to the City Manager's Office, placed in the
City Hall dropbox, or sent by email to the City Manager's Office prior to the Council Meeting
at: citymgrc&ci.oshkosh.wi.us ; written comments will be distributed to the Council and made
part of the public record of the meeting.

Revenue Bonds, Series 2020E, of the City of Oshkosh,
Winnebago County, Wisconsin, providing details, prescribing
the form of bond, awarding said revenue bonds to the best
bidder & providing for the payment of said revenue bonds
& other details & covenants with respect thereto
• 4. Res 20-269 Resolution providing for the issuance & sale of$5,525,000
aggregate principal amount of Water System Revenue Bonds,
Series 2020D, of the City of Oshkosh, Winnebago County,
Wisconsin, providing details, prescribing the form of bond,
awarding said revenue bonds to the best bidder & providing
for the payment of said revenue bonds and other details &
covenants with respect thereto.
