Mechanical equipment proposed on south side is located in a required setback area.
This must be relocated to the east side of the building (or other compliant location)
and screened from adjacent properties and street. Any and all rooftop or ground-level
mechanical equipment or utilities must be screened from view of adjacent residential
property (north) and streets (north & east).
