(AECOM)is pleased to provide this Proposal for Stormwater Management On-Call Assistance during the calendar year 2019(CY2019)for the City of Oshkosh (City)Department of Public Works. AECOM has been assisting the City with ongoing needs for the stormwater management program for over 11 years. AECOM's team is dedicated to continuing to provide the high level of expertise and quality of service as provided in the past. With the recent evolution of a few of AECOM's staff,we are proposing the following team:Ashley Leisgang, Senior Stormwater Resources Engineer;John Voorhees, Senior Modeling Engineer, Sarah Pasquesi, Project Engineer, and Joshua Jacak,Water Resources Engineer as the core Support group, |n addition,AEOOM'a group of ' professional staff that consists of Civil, Structural, Geotechnical and Environmental Engineers, Geologist, Construction Management and support staff im still available. The expertise AECDM staff can provide b,the City not only covers planning, modeling and permitting but provides innovative approaches to problem solving, project design, and construction. AECOM staff's long history with the City has contributed to a high number of successful projects. This scope is a continuation of that work. Specifically for 2019,AECOM will provide general stormwater assistance at the City's request. AECOM will assist City staff to address stormwater related issues including: compliance with the Wisconsin Department of Natural Resources(WDNR)Stormwater Permit; stormwater pollution management assessments, and other related topics mt the Qty'ediscretion. ffi,,idget arid ScJmch,de This agreement is intended for use as a general master services account project contract for stormwater management assistance to the Department of Public Works, under which services will be authorized and invoiced on a task by task basis. For each project/task request for stormwater management support,AECOM will complete a Project Authorization/Work Order Form(attached)containing the scope of work and estimated costs.The Authorization Form will bm submitted for approval toMr. Rabe or other appropriate personnel in the Department of Public Works. Upon receipt of the authorized Work Order,AECOM will set up a task under this authorized AECOM project contract. This AECOM project contract will be considered complete when all work and deliverables for the authorized Work Orders |nCY2O19 has been completed and submitted. If services to be provided under this proposal require the agents,employees, or contractors of AECOM to enter onto the project site,the City shall provide right-of-access to the site to AECOM, its employees, agents, and contractors, to conduct the planned field observations orservices. Based upon the above scope of services, and oe discussed with the City,the estimated budget for this project contract is$3O.ODO.
