NOTICE OF CHANGES TO 2020 OPEN BOOK PROCESS DUE TO COVID-19
In order to minimize the spread of COVID-19 City Hall is closed to the public with the
following exceptions.
Open Book: May 4 - 8, 2020, 8:00 am - 4:30 pm, by appointment only.
Meeting Location: 215 Church Ave, Room 206
If after reviewing the Assessment Change Notice you think your assessed value is
reasonable, there is nothing further to do.
To limit potential exposure to the virus, we are recommending that you use the
City of Oshkosh Website at www.ci.oshkosh.wi.us/assessor to view the 2020 Open
Book Assessment Rolls and supporting documentation.
If you do not have online access, the 2020 Open Book Assessment Rolls may be
viewed by appointment at City Hall, located at 215 Church Ave. Please call the
Assessor’s Office at 920-236-5070 to schedule an appointment to view assessments.
If you have questions or concerns about the assessed value change or the
assessment process, the first step is to contact the Assessor’s Office during the Open
Book Period. Open Book is May 4th to May 8th, 2020, from 8:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.
