person comment is permitted, citizens may and are encouraged to consider submitting written

submitted in writing. Written public comments may be sent via mail addressed to the City
Manager's Office, placed in the City Hall dropbox, or sent by email to the City Manager's Office

M. MOTION TO GO INTO CLOSED SESSION(Council Chambers, Room 406, City Hall)
The Common Council may convene into Closed Session to discuss bargaining options,
strategy, parameters and terms related to the negotiation of an agreement for the
redevelopment of the Marion Road Redevelopment Sites H, I and J pursuant to Section
19.85(1)(e) of the Wisconsin State Statutes where competitive bargaining reasons require
a closed session.
