Easement Interests
REDEVELOPMENT AUTHORITY OF THE CITY (
COSH, intends through this document to declare the termination
easement rights:
1. Oshkosh Foundry, Inc. granted an access easement to
University of Wisconsin System (UW) through an Easem
document dated September 9, 1986, with this docum
subsequently recorded with the Winnebago County Register
Deeds on October 31, 1986, as Document Number 665485. A cc
of this Easement is attached as Exhibit A.

2. The Easement granted by Oshkosh Foundry to UW was for the 90102020000
purpose of allowing UW to cross Oshkosh Foundry property to Parcel Identification Number (PEN)
access adjoining property owned by UW. A map identifying the location of the Easement and of
adjoining property owned at that time by UW is attached as Exhibit B.
3. The Redevelopment Authority for the City of Oshkosh subsequently became the fee owner of i
property encompassing both the Easement itself as well as the property benefitting from the Easement.
4. The Redevelopment Authority of the City of Oshkosh subsequently caused Certified Survey Maps
divide both the Easement property and the adjacent property benefitting from the Easement. T
Redevelopment Authority continues to own a successor parcel which includes the Easement property a
property adjoining the Easement, and is more particularly described as:
Lot 2 of Certified Survey Map No. 6553, recorded in the office of the Register of
Deeds for Winnebago County, Wisconsin, on August 5, 2011, in Volume 1, page
6553, as Document No. 1577796, being a re -division of all of Certified Survey Map
No. 6506, being a part of the Southeast '% of the Northeast'/4 and part of the
Northeast %4 of the Southeast'/4 of Section 23, Township 18 North, Range 16 East,
First Ward, City of Oshkosh, Winnebago County, Wisconsin.
5. Through the Redevelopment Authority's previous ownership of both the Easement property and t
adjoining property benefitting from the easement, as well as its continued ownership of the Easemc
property along with the immediately adjoining property previously benefitting from the Easement, t
Redevelopment Authority states that the Easement identified herein expired or was terminated throug
without limitations, the doctrine of merger, abandonment, and cessation of necessity of purpose and
heretofore null and void.

EASEMENT
This Easement is granted this day of Jg /�/�F� ,` 1986.'
..by Oshkosh Foundry, Inc. ("Foundry") to the Board Regents, egents,
University of'Wisconsin System ("UW"), its successors and assigns;
RECITATIONS
WHEREAS, Foundry has sold a parcel of real estate to UW; and
WHEREAS; UW, its successors and assigns may need access to the.
parcel from Bell Place, a public street in the City of Oshkosh;.
NOW, THEREFORE, Foundry hereby grants to UW, its successors
and assigns a perpetual non-exclusive easement of ingress. and
egress over the following described real estate in the Western
Addition to Oshkosh, in the First Ward, City of Oshkosh, Winnebago
County, Wisconsin:
Commencing at the most westerly corner of Lot 1, Block C in
said Western Addition to Oshkosh; thence North 51 degrees, 45
minutes, 06 seconds West, 30.00 feet to the point of beginning;
thence South 39 degrees, 7 minutes, 51 seconds West 30.00 feet;
thence North 51 degrees, 45 minutes, 06 seconds West 30.00 feet;
thence North 51 degrees, 47 minutes, 29 seconds West 15.00 feet;
thence North 39 degrees,.07 minutes, 51 seconds East 30.00 feet;
thence South 51 degrees, 47 minutes, 29 seconds East 15.00 feet;
thence South 51 degrees, 45 minutes, 06 seconds East 30.00 feet to
the point of beginning;
Foundry grants said easement to the parcel owned by UW
regardless of how the parcel may later be divided, said parcel
being described on attached exhibit A.
The easement granted is to be used as back up and not the
primary access to the benefitted parcel.
Foundry shall have no obligation to maintain or care for the
easement and shall have no obligation to share in the expenses of
maintaining and caring for the easement;
The successors and assigns of the Foundry and UW and its
successors and at3igns shall share in the expenses of maintaining
and caring for the easement according to their respective use of
the easement;
Any disputes between UW, its successors or assigns and
successors and assigns of Foundry concerning the amount of
apportionment of expenses shall be submitted to arbitration under
Chapter 288 of the Wisconsin Statutes or successor statutes.
