Oshkosh Foundry, Inc. granted an access easement to University of Wisconsin System (UW) through an Easem document dated September 9, 1986, with this docum subsequently recorded with the Winnebago County Register Deeds on October 31, 1986, as Document Number 665485. A cc of this Easement is attached as Exhibit A. The Easement granted by Oshkosh Foundry to UW was for the 90102020000 purpose of allowing UW to cross Oshkosh Foundry property to Parcel Identification Number (PEN) access adjoining property owned by UW. A map identifying the location of the Easement and of adjoining property owned at that time by UW is attached as Exhibit B. 3. The Redevelopment Authority for the City of Oshkosh subsequently became the fee owner of i property encompassing both the Easement itself as well as the property benefitting from the Easement. 4. The Redevelopment Authority of the City of Oshkosh subsequently caused Certified Survey Maps divide both the Easement property and the adjacent property benefitting from the Easement. T Redevelopment Authority continues to own a successor parcel which includes the Easement property a property adjoining the Easement, and is more particularly described as: Lot 2 of Certified Survey Map No. 6553, recorded in the office of the Register of Deeds for Winnebago County, Wisconsin, on August 5, 2011, in Volume 1, page 6553, as Document No. 1577796, being a re -division of all of Certified Survey Map No. 6506, being a part of the Southeast '% of the Northeast'/4 and part of the Northeast %4 of the Southeast'/4 of Section 23, Township 18 North, Range 16 East, First Ward, City of Oshkosh, Winnebago County, Wisconsin. 5. Through the Redevelopment Authority's previous ownership of both the Easement property and t adjoining property benefitting from the easement, as well as its continued ownership of the Easemc property along with the immediately adjoining property previously benefitting from the Easement, t Redevelopment Authority states that the Easement identified herein expired or was terminated throug without limitations, the doctrine of merger, abandonment, and cessation of necessity of purpose and heretofore null and void.
