2� 21 . 17 The rim of the sump pit must be located at
least one inch above the basement floor.
� 21 . 04 Secure the rear patio door, or install
temporary steps to grade until such time as a
deck is installed.
4 . ) 21 . 08 Furnish verification that the wall open to the
basement is properly firestopped at the lower
level ceiling level .
All above items must be corrected, and final
inspection called for within 30 days of this
notice in order to secure the certificate of
occupancy. Please call 236-5051 if you have
any further questions in this matter.
