SECTION
1 16-37A (1) The owner of every dwelling shall be responsible for maintaining in a safe, clean and
' good condition all communal, shared or public areas of the dwelling and appurtenant
premises. Yards shall be maintained by the owner according to the provisions of
Section 18-69A and 18-79.1 B of the Oshkosh Property Maintenance Code.
2 16-35A (6) No owner shall rent to any other person for occupancy or allow any person to occupy
any dwelling unit or premises unless it is safe and clean and complies with all
provisions of the Minimum Housing Code and Section 18-79.1 of the Property
Maintenance Code.
3 18-79.1 B The tree stump in the rear yard shall be removed.
4 7-8 New steps and a rear porch have been installed on the front and rear of the dwelling
without permits.
5 16-33A (6) (a) The rear entry steps have been replaced without regard for building Codes. Step
risers are not to vary more than 3/16".
(b) The front steps requires handrails installed on both sides at a height of 30"-34"
with intermediate rails so that a 6 inch sphere cannot pass through.
(c) The rear porch guardrails to not meet the required height of 36".
6 16-33A (9)a Deadbolt locking devices shall be installed on all living unit doors (not common use
doors) if not already equipped.
7 16-34A (3) The broken weatherproof cover shall be replaced on the reaz exterior electrical
receptacle.

CORRECTION SCHEDULE
