Approval of January 16, 2019 Meeting Minutes 3. Sidewalk List - Discussion 4. BikeOsh 2020 5. Capital Improvement Program Recommendations — Action/Discussion 6. Agenda Items for the Future Meeting(s) - Creative Crosswalks — Develop Location List - Fundraising Plan — BikeOsh - River Route - Doctors Court Sidewalks - Wiouwash Trail 7. Call to Order Mr. BellCorelli called the meeting to order at 4:13 p.m. 2. Approval of October 17, 2019 Meeting Minutes Mr. Stengel moved to approve October 17, 2019 meeting minutes and Mr. Rennert seconded the motion. Motion carried unanimously. 3. Annual Schedule Review Ms. Naudziunas explained that the 2020 calendar schedule has been created and included in the packet for the January meeting. 4. Route Prioritization - Action Mr. Gierach was present to explain the proposed Snell Road reconstruction project which may include bike lanes. Mr. Brown made a motion to recommend bike lanes on Snell Road from Jackson Street to Moser Street as proposed by the Public Works Department. Mr. Rennert seconded the motion and motion carried unanimously. The committee requested that the Bay Shore Drive signed route be implemented in 2020. 5. BikeOsh 2020 Ms. Naudziunas explained that the committee must select the date for the 2020 BikeOsh event. Ms. Naudziunas explained that mother's day weekend worked out well in 2019 and suggested that they stick to that weekend. The committee agree to hold the event on May 91", 2020. The committee will continue to prepare for the event at each meeting. 6. Agenda Items for the Future Meeting(s) The committee requests to keep an on -going list of potential agenda items to help keep track of ideas, this list will be found on each agenda. 7. Adjournment Ms. Redlin moved to adjourn the meeting and Mr. Rennert seconded the motion. Motion carried unanimously at 5:14 p.m. Recorded by Alexa Naudziunas, Associate Planner
