. The paved area is 46,690 sf and/he, amount of green space is 118,932 sr.

The new facility should have lit[ e effect, on the adjacen~ property... While the
facility is a 24-hour, ?-day Week operation, the programs that the Clients are
involved with occur during the day. The facility will have a kitchen to. prepare
meals. The kitchen will have an exhaust hood and there will be trucks delivering
supplies to the kitchen. The facility'will also have a garage On site for storage of
Nova's vehicles · '
