Introduced
Earlier this week, Senate Aging Committee leadership Sens. Collins (R-ME) and Casey
(D-PA), introduced the Modernization of the Older Americans Act Amendments
(S.3057), which would reauthorize the Older Americans Act for seven years with
increased funding levels. The House passed similar legislation, the Dignity in Aging Act
(H.R. 4334), in late October.
