Dear Mr . Daniels :
On August 20 , 1985 , I inspected portions of your
property known as 1001 North Lark Street following com-
plaints concerning property maintenance code violations
existing thereon .
During the inspection , the following violations were
noted which shall be corrected :
1 . The South storm door is in very poor condition
with missing panels and glass . This door shall be replaced
or removed entirely .
2 . The East handrail on the South steps is rusted off
at the base . This handrail shall be repaired or removed .
3 . There is an area of broken siding on the Southwest
corner of the dwelling . This area shall be repaired to
match the rest of the dwelling .

4 . The yard light on the West side of the dwelling is
illegally and improperly wired . This yard light shall be
correctly installed or removed with the remaining wiring
being properly capped off .
In the past there have been a number of complaints con-
cerning the low areas Northwest of the dwelling . This area
has held water for long periods of time creating a nuisance
and probable breeding area for mosquitos . Fill should be
added to this area to eliminate the problem.
On September 6 , 1985 , I will reinspect the property
to ascertain whether or not progress is being made in the
correction of the noted Code violations . If you have any

Dear Mr . Daniels :
On October 8 , 1985 , I reinspected portions of your pro-
perty known as 1001 North Lark Street to assure compliance
in the correction of the Property Maintenance Code violations
noted in my letter to you dated August 20 . 1985 .
During the inspection , I noted that nothing has been done
to correct the violations nor has there been any contact from
you concerning the matter . I have been assured by the Electr-
cal Inspector that if the electrical violations have not been
corrected within 10 days of this letter , the property will be
reviewed for a service disconnect .
The matter of the standing water in the rear yard will
again be referred to the Health Department for correction .

Dear Mr . Daniels :
On November 6 , 1985 , William Drager , the Electrical
Inspector and I reinspected portions of your property
known as 1001 North Lark Street to assure compliance with
my letter to you dated August 20 , 1985 .
During the inspection , it was noted that again nothing
has been done to correct the existing violations .
Therefore , on November 28 , 1985 , I will reinspect the
property to ascertain whether or not the violations have
been corrected . If at this time , the violations have not
been corrected , I will refer the matter to the City Attor -
ney ' s Office and issue a citation .
