I understand that this property is no longer being used as rental property and is now a single family owner occupied residence. Therefore the windows do not need to be repaired but permits are required to be obtained by 1/30/01 for the front and rear porch repairs. These items would not have to be repaired immediately provided a timeline would be submitted to our office. The permits are valid for 1 year from the date they are issued.
