HomeMy WebLinkAbout23. 20-20 JANUARY 14, 2020 20-20 RESOLUTION (CARRIED 6-0 LOST LAID OVER WITHDRAWN ) PURPOSE: APPROVE SPECIAL EVENT / UW-OSHKOSH / UTILIZE MENOMINEE PARK & CITY STREETS FOR THE TITAN 5K/ AUGUST 1, 2020 INITIATED BY: CITY ADMINISTRATION NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Common Council of the City of Oshkosh that approval is granted to UW-Oshkosh(Eamon McKenna)to utilize Menominee Park and City streets (Menominee Drive, and Hazel Street) on Saturday, August 1, 2020 from 8:45 a.m. to 11:30 a.m., for the Titan 5K event, in accordance with the municipal code and the attached application, with the following exceptions/conditions: A. B. C. BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that as a condition of approval, the Event Organizer shall pay the City's actual costs for extraordinary services. Cost Estimates for Extraordinary Services (The estimated fees are based on 2019 Extraordinary Services Fee Schedule. Actual fees will be charged according to Common Council approved 2020 Extraordinary Services Fees Schedule) Police Department Staffing $218.26 (preliminary estimate includes dedicated staffing of 7 CSO hrs.)
