Applicable Ordinance Provisions: Street dedication criteria are located in Section 30-441 of the City's Subdivision Regulations. The dedication is included on a draft Certified Survey Map currently under review by city staff. The Certified Survey Map was conceptually approved by Plan Commission during review of the Conditional Use Permit request for the adaptive reuse of the former Cabrini School to senior housing apartments. Once city staff approves the Certified Survey Map it will be recorded at the ERRirrA In Subtext Sf e Winnebago County Register of Deeds. The dedication will become official 267 5' upon approval by the Common Q m Council. RECOMMENDATION/CONDITIONS Staff recommends acceptance of the right-of-way dedication at the southwest corner of Merritt Avenue and Boyd Street as proposed.
