We have worked over the years to create a streamlined planning process that produces a high-quality,affordable,and successful strategic plan. Here is a high-level summary of the process(example deliverables are shown in Appendix A). Summary of Proposed Approach Based on what the Downtown Oshkosh Business Improvement District has requested, Better Dash Faster, LLC recommends the following process,deliverables and cost associated with each.
