in the Second Ward, located in the Northeast Quarter of the Southwest Quarter(NE 1/4 of the SW 1/4) in
Section 24, Township 18 North, Range 16 East, in the City of Oshkosh, Winnebago County, Wisconsin.
Which is also identified as parcel number 902-0088-01-00. Grantor and Grantee agreed to a condition of
development within their Development Agreement, Document No. 1745911, recorded with the
Winnebago County Register of Deeds on August 4, 2017,that requires the parcel being conveyed along
with the adjoining parcel to the north maintain ownership by exactly the same parties. These two (2)
parcels may be subsequently conveyed, but they both must be conveyed to the same persons or entities.
Ownership of the properties by parties that are Affiliates, or related, or similar, are not compliant. Due to
the City's concessions regarding the development allowed on this parcel, the City retains the ability to
enforce this covenant through any lawful means. The City must consent to the removal of this covenant.
