PURPOSE: APPROVE APPOINTMENT TO THE PLAN COMMISSON
INITIATED BY: MAYOR LORI PALMERI
BE IT RESOLVED by the Common Council of the City of Oshkosh that the
appointment to the various boards are made by Mayor Lori Palmeri, as attached hereto,
and are hereby approved.

Police: I provided maps of pattern analysis of accidents and
offences for the Oshkosh Police Department. The maps
were provided on a monthly bases and the pattern analysis
of cumulative data was performed every semester(2006-7).
• In fall 2007 Dr. Michael Burayidi and I performed a study
that revealed the impact of the prison population on socio-
economic profile of the city of Waupun, WI. We presented
statistical data to show how the prison population affected
such indices as Per Capita Income, Aggregate Family
Income, Aggregate Household Earnings, %Poor, and
information related to Educational Attainment. • I have
been a volunteer for the Habitat for Humanity for the past 5
years. I was involved i Rock the Block and Habitat
interfaith build in Neenah and Appleton and represented
my faith community at the interfaith build meetings. • I
have several publications related to Urban Flooding. • I
created a map of the 2008 flood event for the city of Fond
du Lac. That map is based on amateur oblique aerial
photography.
