1. Detail drawings as to how any rooftop or gronnd-level mechanical equipmem will be screened from view
of any street or residential zoning district (across W. 20th Avenue, propert3~ to the west of Pepsi Americas,
and dwellings to the west.).
2. Provide our office with a landscape plan showing the location of the landscape trees and sbaubs that will
be displaced by the const~action of the proposed addition.

approve all plans, except the following: (1) Alterations or interior work when the use is conforming and when no change in
