PURPOSE: APPROVE SPECIAL EVENT / DEALERSOCKET / UTILIZE
OPERA HOUSE SQUARE FOR THE DEALERSOCKET NERF
WARS/ SEPTEMBER 12, 2019
INITIATED BY: CITY ADMINISTRATION
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Common Council of the City of
Oshkosh that approval is granted to DealerSocket (Heather Smith) to utilize Opera House
Square on Thursday, September 12, 2019, from 3:00 p.m. to 5:00 p.m. for the DealerSocket
Nerf Wars in accordance with the municipal code and the attached application, with the
following exceptions/conditions:

BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that as a condition of approval, the Event Organizer
shall pay the City's actual costs for extraordinary services.

Wl,54902. All applications must include a detailed layout/route and the application fee($25 single day eventM5 multi-day event).
