PURPOSE: APPROVE CONDITIONAL USE PERMIT TO ESTABLISH AN
OUTDOOR STORAGE USE AT 2825 BOWEN STREET
INITIATED BY: SCHULZE EXTERIORS, LLC
PLAN COMMISSION RECOMMENDATION: Approved w/conditions
WHEREAS, the Plan Commission finds that the Conditional Use Permit to
establish an outdoor storage use at 2825 Bowen Street, is consistent with the criteria
established in Section 30-382(F)(3) of the Oshkosh Zoning Ordinance; and
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Common Council of the City of
Oshkosh that a conditional use permit is hereby approved to establish an outdoor storage
use at 2825 Bowen Street, per the attached with the following conditions:
1. The outdoor storage area must be completely enclosed by 8 foot tall solid
fencing.
2. No equipment or commercial vehicles/trailers/lifts may be stored outside of the
enclosed storage area.
3. Landscaping (minimum 22 points)be installed on the east side of the storage
area, as approved by the Department of Community Development.
