Conditions/Remarks
When replacing a furnace or water heater, attention must be given to the chimney/vent for the water heater. In the event the water
heater is the only appliance using a chimney upon switching a furnace to a high efficiency the chimney will need to be lined and sized
accordingly. In the event a water heater is replaced and uses a chimney that is oversized or unlined it will need to be brought up to
code.
In the performance of this work to perform all work pursuant to rules governing the described construction. While the City of Oshkosh
has no authority to enforce easement restrictions of which it is not a party, if you perform the work described in this permit appiication
within an easement,the City strongly urges the permit applicant to contract the easement holder(s)and to secure any necessary '
approvals before starting such activity. I have read and understood the aforementioned information.
