2. The City's interest arises pursuant to an easement agreement dated March 11, 1941,and recorded
with the Winnebago County Register of Deeds on March 24, 1941 in Volume 497 on Page 169 as
Document Number 96939, with the purpose of using the easement for public sewer purposes.
3. A copy of the recorded easement is attached as Exhibit A, and incorporated herein.
4. The undersigned City of Oshkosh releases all right,title, and interest in the real property arising
under the easement. Any improvements have been installed or constructed pursuant to this
recorded easement, are abandoned by the City and the easement rights are released without
warranty, guaranty, or responsibility regarding the condition of the easement property or easement
improvements therein.
5. This Release is limited to the rights pursuant to the identified recorded easement, and does not
affect any other right,title,or interest, including other easements, agreements, encumbrances, and
the like that affect the subject real property.
