DescriptionI’m writing to report an issue at Captain’s Cove Apartments in Oshkosh, WI. The trash corral is currently placed in the middle of the parking area, rather than inside the designated fenced enclosure where it belongs. This setup is both unsightly and unsafe. It reduces available parking for residents and visitors and creates a potential hazard for vehicles and pedestrians. It appears to be out of compliance with proper property management standards.
