GRASS17-36B & 17-44A Grass Cutting: No owner or agent shall allow on any premises any condition which creates a public nuisance. The owner of a property shall cut or cause to be cut all grass, weeds and other like vegetative growth in excess of 8 inches in height by the Compliance Date below. Please be advised, that blowing or placing grass clippings, leaves or other debris onto the street is prohibited. If compliance is not achieved, the City at its option will take measure to have such vegetative growth cut and the costs incurred plus an administrative fee will be billed to the property owner and/or the City may issue citations for noncompliance. Please mow/trim and maintain all overgrown vegetation, grass, and weeds in the front, rear, and sides of the property. All overgrown vegetation, grass, and weeds MUST be trimmed around all obstacles, including telephone poles, guy wires, foundations, fire hydrants, mailboxes, fences, ETC. All untrimmed grass/weeds will be referred to the streets department for immediate cutting.6/26/2022curtk7/5/2022
